"I had decided I wanted to work towards bikini competitions about two years ago. I spoke with Monica Long and she was very encouraging and supportive of the idea and began working closely with me to help me towards this goal. I have been working out with Monica since the end of February. I had knee surgery in December so I thought I would get a personal trainer towards the end of my Physical Therapy. Since I had the injury I wanted to get back in shape but didn’t want to reinjure it by working out incorrectly. Monica was great. She showed me how to use the exercise machines correctly as to not putting too much stress on my knee.
